Property for sale signs are usually outdoor signs and they hang high on balconies or walls. As such, they must be large, visible from the road, especially to drivers and passersby, display clear simple fonts indicating contact details, as well as details as to whether the property is being sold through an agent (and if so, details of the agent), or not.
